Detailed description of the project content:

SZAKÁCS CHEMICAL-METAL Kft. is implementing production and logistics process innovation within the framework of the “GINOP PLUSZ 2.1.3-24” tender.

1. Production process: Our company currently applies a manual manufacturing process that is not supported by any IT system. We aim to achieve innovation in the life of the enterprise by developing business processes, introducing an ERP system and its manufacturing module (also known as production management module), as well as by acquiring a more modern, automatic, digital sheet cutting machine.

The advantages of the development include increased productivity, and with automated sheet cutting and ERP support, a faster and more accurate manufacturing process will be achieved.

2. Logistics process: Currently, our information management is carried out using Excel spreadsheets, and work is based on paper-based documentation and verbal task assignments. The focus of the development is the introduction of an ERP system that digitally supports procurement, warehouse management, goods handling and sales. The new system enables real-time inventory tracking, barcode-based product identification, location-based stock management and the use of mobile data collection devices. Through automated processes, administrative errors are reduced, work efficiency improves, and the quality of customer service increases.
