CADMIUM ANODES

Cadmium anodes are used for wet electrolytic deposition or metallurgical purposes. They can be in the form of balls for filling iron baskets, plates with an anode hook, rods, and finally in the form of wire or bar for cadmium coating inside tubes or parts.

Purity: the purity of the cadmium plate is at least 99.97%. Dimensions: 600 x 200 mm, 600 x 100 mm, other sizes available upon request

Product description: our cadmium anodes are very pure and provide optimal cathodic efficiency. We make a hole for placing a hook, as well as a custom cut to adapt the anodes to the size limits of the bath. The use of a polypropylene bag above the anodes is recommended for filtering.

Application: Cadmium is mainly used as a corrosion protection coating. The main areas of traditional electroplating are the aviation and arms industries. The cadmium coating is mainly performed from cyanide or acid solutions.
