Titanium baskets

Dimensions: the most common sizes of titanium baskets are 600 mm long x 100 and 200 mm wide x 40/50 or 60 mm thick. We also manufacture round titanium baskets with a diameter of 45–60 mm. The standard mesh size is 10x5 mm.

Applications: the main uses of titanium baskets are for continuous and conventional surface treatment.

For filtration, the use of a polypropylene bag on the basket is recommended.

Packaging: cardboard box or pallet

Titanium basket used for silver plating

Dimensions: the most common sizes of titanium baskets used for silver plating are 600 mm long x 100 mm and 200 mm wide.
Their thickness is 15 mm to minimize the amount of immobilized material.
To ensure that the silver particles stay well inside the baskets, a 4 x 2 mm micro-mesh is used.
